The bar and restaurant area is open throughout the day with a chef on hand to provide for your every need, from delicious home made soup to three course meals using locally grown produce and locally reared beef, goat, chicken or lamb.

Conference facilities are available and they include laptops and projectors. There is also a massive community library within the complex which is supported by Maisha Bora Foundation charity.

Ndilis Place is pleased to welcome you to use our Centre for your event. Ndilis is a resource for community groups, NGO agencies and statutory organisations and we would like you to feel very much at home here.

Ndili’s Place Hotel is a family run hotel comprising of individual en-suite apartments, restaurant, conference facilities and bar area situated in a remote village called Ikutha in eastern Kenya.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the village. It is ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in the community and experience daily life there. The tribe occupying this area is Kamba and the local tribal language is Kikamba in addition to the national languages of Kiswahili and English. The Kamba people are famous for wood carving, hunting and traditional practices.

The accommodation comprises twelve double rooms with full en-suite facilities.

Evening walks visiting villagers and experiencing their ways of life is recommended .

You can join the local women and children walking down to the river with the donkeys to fetch water.
